SUMMARY:Slow & Steady Oct edition
DESCRIPTION:On Oct 22 2026 the moon will be in Waxing Gibbous.  Join us for a 2 hour Somatic workshop that will be lead by Nat Bedard \nYou don’t have to figure it all out today.\nCome home to your body in the company of others doing the same brave work.\nSlow & Steady is a guided community of somatic emotional healing experience where you can slow down enough to notice what is here\, feel what needs your attention\, and practice staying connected to yourself without having to fix\, explain\, or perform. \nA space to soften. To feel. To be witnessed.\nThrough breath\, somatic practices\, reflection\, nervous-system awareness and shared presence\, we practice meeting ourselves as we are — slowly and steadily. \nNo performing required. \nClick here to register yourself in this intentionally small group
